Here are the details:
• Meet and exceed brand visual presence objectives by maintaining the physical presentation of display models, implementing planograms, and placement of signage in assigned retail locations.
• Ensure all signage or point of purchase materials are in place and the product is properly priced
• Develop and maintain strong relationships, build brand awareness, and remove barriers to sales with client field leadership and retailer field leadership and associates within assigned territory
• Connect with local retail partner stores, field, and district management to identify regional opportunities.
• Driving to retail stores on a daily/weekly basis to ensure that areas are properly displayed, maintained, and merchandised, and are neat, clean and in working/demo order.

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:
• High school diploma or 3+ years retail home electronics, home appliance, or home technology experience mandatory and be 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items
• Must have strong time management skills and work independently
• Ability to use technology to record your work and time
• Must be able to travel within a designated sub-market
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently
• Reliable transportation, auto liability insurance and clean driving record required

The Revenue Optimization Companies (T-ROC) is hiring Assembly technicians!

Role Requirements:
• You will be responsible for 2-3 retailer locations
• This position has physical requirements, including lifting to 50lbs, bending, twisting and being on your feet for your full 8-hour shift
• You will be required to use your personal smartphone to submit for hours worked, assemblies completed, and communication with your peers/leadership
• Tools will be provided to you once you have completed your certification

If you like to:
• Tinker with tools
• Take things apart and put them back together
• Get in the groove and work hard
• See all the things you built after a great day

AND are looking for:
• Great hours and a consistent M-F schedule
