Arrow Staffing in Kentwood is looking for a service-oriented and energetic Recruiter who has the drive to put people to work, help them develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. As a Recruiter you will drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our manufacturing, distribution center and warehouse clients and candidates. Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $18-$21/hr. + (depends on experience)
Responsible for:
Building a strong candidate pipeline through direct recruiting
Fielding inbound calls and documenting conversations in candidate tracking software
Attract, engage, market and employ candidates
Schedule internal interviews for yourself and our team of recruiters
Develop relationships with hiring managers to expand opportunities within our client base
Drive customer and candidate satisfaction
Drive brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise through various platforms
Understand the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of one (2) years staffing industry or related recruiting experience is required
High School diploma necessary, 4-year degree preferred, but not necessary
Well versed in Microsoft office suite, good data entry skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize work functions
Familiar with social media applications (Linked-In, Twitter, Facebook)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
