Thuistalent In Actie wil ouders helpen om geleidelijk aan opnieuw aan de slag te gaan. Bij TIA vind je geen klassieke voltijdse banen, maar opdrachten die flexibel uit te voeren zijn in tijd en/of plaats. De taken kunnen zowel van thuis uit als van op het bedrijf uitgevoerd worden. dat de steun kreeg van het Europees Sociaal Fonds. Partners in het project zijn VDAB, Randstad, RESOC Kempen, VOKA Kempen en het Vormingsfonds voor Uitzendkrachten.
