Office Assistant Needed! Looking for a full time office assistant to handle all front office duties. Answering phones, greeting customers/clients, assisting with accounts payable and receivables, typing quotes, business correspondence, and purchase orders. Must be a self starter, able to handle stressful situations with ease and patience, detail orientated, have strong organizational skills and be flexible. Also, must have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, good with printers, faxes, and all office equipment. QuickBooks and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Pay range is $8-$10/hr to start depending on experience.
Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
