How's focusing your search going? What 3 jobs did you write down?
Step 2 of the equation is to WORK HARD:
The harder you work, the quicker you'll find a job! Part of working hard is identifying your resources and making contacts EVERYDAY!
What is a resource or contact?
A resource is any source of information or connection that will contribute to a successful job search. It can be a person, place, or thing. Like finding websites to help you or people you know that you could reach out!
A contact is any employment communication with a resource. This could be meeting with someone face-to-face, making a phone call, sending an email to find out more about their job or the company, and submitting an application or sending a follow-up note.
ACTION: Write down what resources you know and then list how you will contact them!
