Full time – fast paced

Brake Assembly Duties:
Feeding, stripping, hand twisting, crimping, and heat shrinking wires
Installing various components using hand and air tools
Verifying shop orders and paint certification marks
Packing, stacking, and banding axles to prepare for shipment
Moving axle to staging area using forklift and other material handling equipment

Brake Assembly Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Experience with hand tools grease gun, torque setter, air hammer, heat gun pneumatic crimper
Prior manufacturing / assembly line experience
Diploma/GED not required

Welder/Fabricator Job Summary:
Starting Pay - $20 - $21.00 an hour depending on experience
1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday overtime as required based on customer demand

Welder/Fabricator Job Duties:
Understand and work with various metal alloys based on customer requirements
Weld components in flat, vertical, and round positions
Monitor welding processes to prevent overheating, warping, distortion, or material expansion
Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
Measure materials using straightedges, templates, calipers, and rulers
Layout, align, and secure parts prior to assembly
Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Wear proper PPE and ensure equipment is safe to operate
Report unsafe equipment or practices to the Safety Coordinator or Shop Superintendent
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Keep work area clean and organized
Report non-conforming materials immediately
Ensure full understanding of work instructions before starting tasks
Complete work within specified timeframes and according to blueprints
Document material, production, and quality issues
Perform basic dimensional measurements
Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products
Make routine decisions and troubleshoot basic welding/manufacturing issues
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Improve workflow efficiency by planning ahead for upcoming jobs
Follow verbal and written instructions
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of welding and fabrication experience
Strong understanding of welding equipment and accessories
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical Requirements
Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds without restriction
Frequently squat, kneel, bend, twist, and reach overhead
Stand, walk, and remain active for up to 10 hours per day
Use tools such as sledgehammers when required
Continuous use of hands, arms, and legs
Strong hand-eye coordination, balance, and physical fitness

Shift Options:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Assembling parts and equipment using hand and power tools
Reading blueprints and following detailed instructions
Preparing, verifying, and shipping orders
Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap machines
Polishing or finishing parts using machinery
Performing quality checks and maintaining production standards
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills (for shipping role)
Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
Comfortable using hand tools and working with machinery
Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:
Standing for most of the shift
Lifting up to 50–60 lbs (team lift up to 100 lbs for assembly)

Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm w/overtime
$24.70 hr.

CNC Operator Duties:
Machine Cell Operator will load, unload, and blow off aluminum castings.
Use basic gauging and measuring equipment.
Deburr parts using handheld deburring and power tools.
Wash parts using automatic or manual washing equipment.
Machine Cell Operator will document machine process using SPC.
Prepare required production and quality control reports.
Perform machine specific TPM requirements.

CNC Operator Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC and secondary machines.
Familiarity with quality control gauges
Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 pounds regularly.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
