Our client, a reputable medical office located in Keene, NH, is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join their busy and growing team!
Your qualifications for the Front Desk Coordinator position are as follows:
High School Diploma
1-2 years’ experience in a professional office setting
Able to work in a very fast paced busy office setting
Experience in a medical office with insurance verification and billing is a BIG plus!
Detail oriented and organized
Warm and friendly customer service personality
Strong Computer Skills - MS Office
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Fast and accurate data entry
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Benefits you will receive as the Front Desk Coordinator:
Temp to Hire position
Full time schedule Monday and Friday 9:30am-6pm (looking for some flexibility on Mon and Fri)
$18-$21/hour depending on skills and experience
Once hired on, Medical/Dental insurance
Once hired on, 401k with company match
Once hired on, Paid time off
For the Front Desk Coordinator position your duties will include:
Answer busy multi-line phones
Greet, assist, check in and check out patients
Schedule appointments and filling cancelled appointment slots
Take payments and verify insurance coverage
Handle digital record requests and prescriptions
Complete data entry tasks
Ordering supplies and materials
Interact with and assist the providers as needed
Other clerical tasks as assigned
