Yezak Technical Staffing is partnering with a client in Southeast Houston to hire an experienced Process Engineer. This role is well suited for a hands-on engineer with strong process design, simulation, and equipment sizing experience in refining or petrochemical environments.

Develop and review PFDs and P&IDs
Perform process simulations, heat and material balances
Size and specify vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, piping, and PSVs
Complete equipment and instrument datasheets
Support proposal development and technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support R&D initiatives
Validate calculations and designs prepared by other engineers

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical Engineering
7+ years of process engineering experience (refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, or EPC)
Experience with caustic and sulfur processes
Proficiency with Promax and MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Yezak Technical Staffing is hiring a Process Engineer for a client supporting natural gas processing facilities in the Houston (Park Ten) area. This role offers hands-on involvement from conceptual design through commissioning in a fast-paced project environment.

Develop PFDs and P&IDs for natural gas processing facilities
Perform process simulations, equipment sizing, and system optimization
Support project ex*****on, safety reviews, and startup activities

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
3+ years of engineering/design experience in natural gas processing (amine treating, dehydration, NGL recovery)
Proficiency with Aspen HYSYS and/or ProMax
Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and NFPA codes and standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment
Preferred
EPC project experience
Modular or skid-mounted plant design exposure
Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance
