Production Workers

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks to keep the production packaging line running efficiently.
Monitor product quality throughout production and work closely with the Production and Maintenance teams to maintain productivity.
Follow all food safety, quality, housekeeping, and sanitation standards.
Remove defective or low-quality products and promptly report recurring quality issues to the appropriate team member.
Load fruit onto production lines in a timely manner to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Hand-pack finished products into corrugated boxes.
Stack finished products on pallets according to customer specifications and operate a stretch wrapper or hand-wrap pallets as needed.
Complete production and quality control tasks with strong attention to detail.
Maintain a clean work area by removing recyclable materials and disposing of waste promptly.
Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in company safety meetings and support a safe work environment.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company food safety and quality procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE STEEL TOE BOOTS AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT!

*Proficient in Spanish a plus*
