Location: Lee’s Summit, MO
Hours: 3 Shift Options: Monday through Friday
10am - 6:30pm
1:30pm - 10pm
Split Shift: 9am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm
Training: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17.50
Vaccination Required

Interview Process: 1st Round Interview with Randstad Team and 2nd Round Video Interview with Client
Responsibilities:
Act as the first line for all customers, handling a high volume of incoming calls
Assist with pharmacy benefit plans
Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and prescription mail orders
Offers solutions to simplify the member’s Healthcare experience
Communicate in a positive manner
Meet required production KPIs as defined by leadership
Communicate in a concise, tactful, prompt, and effective manner both over the phone and by chat
