💼 Job Overview:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for connecting with people.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to generate interest in products/services.
-Qualify leads by assessing their needs and ensuring they align with our offerings.
-Schedule sales appointments, managing calendars to optimize the sales team’s efficiency.
-Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them further down the sales funnel.
-Record all interactions, lead details, and progress updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
-Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and lead conversion goals.
🔑 Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales development, appointment setting, or a similar role.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel (GHL), Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
