General Labor Production
This role involves safely and efficiently performing various production duties, often with department and workstation rotation, to meet daily operational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Work in different poultry processing areas (first processing, debone, second processing).
• Rotate positions online or between departments.
• Maintain production pace and a safe work environment.
• Meet attendance and performance standards; other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• 18+ years old, eligible to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required; poultry/meat processing experience preferred.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work in a cold, damp (40-90°F), wet environment with varying noise and strong odors (raw, rendering, spices, chemicals). Requires 100% standing/walking, repetitive motion, manual dexterity, and the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, twist, stack, push, and climb stairs. PPE is required.
