Responsibilities include:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records
• Complete month-end and year-end bookkeeping
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for the CPA
• Manage the full bookkeeping process with some assistance available

Qualified candidates should have:
✔️ Strong full-charge bookkeeping experience
✔️ A thorough understanding of the complete bookkeeping cycle
✔️ Experience using accounting software
✔️ Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through
