C&S Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Overnight IT Systems & Network Support Engineer for a full-time position in Jefferson City. Some overnight hours may be worked remotely; however, candidates must live within a reasonable distance and be available to report onsite when hands-on technical support is needed.

Salary/Hours: $70,000/year + benefits | 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. or 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues
* Respond to overnight IT incidents remotely and onsite as needed
* Deploy and configure laptops/workstations
* Manage user accounts and support Microsoft 365/Entra, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows servers/workstations, VMware vSphere, Cisco networking, SAN storage, VOIP/Mitel systems, Exchange, SharePoint, RSA, and JIRA
* Maintain network/system security, perform upgrades and patches, and provide technical guidance while following IT policies and procedures

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
