The business doesn’t stop because I’m at the airport. ✈️💻

And no, I don’t mean that in a hustle until you drop kind of way. 😂

I mean when you’re building something you genuinely care about, ideas don’t always wait until you’re sitting behind a desk.

Sometimes I’m thinking about the smallest things…

How can I make this easier for our founders?
What are they asking for repeatedly?
What can we simplify?
What can we automate?
What actually needs to be built… and what doesn’t?

That last one has become especially important to me.

Because more features don’t automatically make better software. Solving the right problems does.

So there I was…

At the gate.
Laptop open.
Waiting on my flight.
Still working on LabFoundersHQ.

Not because I had to.

Because I’m building something I believe should have existed in this industry a long time ago.

Sometimes the work doesn’t stop just because I’m headed somewhere else. ✈️💻

Airport. Laptop open. LabFoundersHQ on the screen. Still building.

But this platform was never about me just wanting to say I built software.

It came from years of training people in this industry and seeing what happened after the training ended.

They had the certification, but still needed help figuring out the business.

The systems.
The clients.
The documents.
The operations.
The next step.

And I kept thinking… there has to be a better way to do this.

So I built what I wish existed.

A place where laboratory entrepreneurs don’t have to piece their businesses together from 10 different places.

And even now that LabFoundersHQ is live, I’m still listening, refining, improving and building around what founders actually need.

Because I don’t want to build a platform full of features just to say we have them.

I want to build something that actually helps you build the business.
