We are hiring a custodian to join our Waste Management team in Baldwin, FL. Responsibilities include removing trash from the building exterior and parking lot; cleaning and restocking restrooms; sweeping, wet mopping, and spray buffing tile floors; scrubbing and recoating floors monthly; stripping and refinishing floors annually; vacuuming carpets, furniture, drapes, and other fabrics; cleaning stairwells and polishing handrails; dusting and cleaning walls, doors, windows, woodwork, furniture, and air/return vents; changing filters; replacing light bulbs; maintaining the lawn and trimming shrubbery; and setting up rooms for conferences, lectures, and special events. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Candidates must have reliable transportation. This assignment starts August 27, 2026, and pays $16 per hour, with daily pay at the end of each shift.
