Are you looking for a consistent and steady job in a fast paced environment? We are looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our office inside of a warehouse on the Northside of Jacksonville. This position requires someone who is comfortable multitasking and working in a team environment. You'll work with various different groups including various levels of management, our warehouse teams, as well as freight carriers and drivers.
A successful candidate will have experience in most of the following areas:
Shipping and Receiving
Carriers, LTLs, Freight, BOLs
Inventory Management
Scheduling
Excel (required)
SAP (preferred)
We work a first shift schedule, primarily 8a - 5p. We will work OT at various times throughout the year as business increases and occasionally come in early or stay late. Any successful candidate must have the ability to stay late or come in early when needed. We will also work a few Saturdays throughout the year, most during the Holidays.

Now hiring for one (1) bilingual (English & Spanish) customer service rep.

Position Responsibilities:
Order Management
o Manage Orders from the time they are received in SAP until time of shipment, per customer’s shipping expectations
o Monitor new orders, cancellations, backorders, and extensions per customer request
o Research inventory issues and monitor inbound receipts
o Resolve customer inquiries, both internal and external, such as status of shipment, UPC inquiries, availability of product, pricing inquiries, and proofs of delivery.
o Own and maintain portals, including real time inventory levels and its investigation process, cross reference (set up, maintain, remove), etc.
o Partner with Sales to learn account specifics, along with ways to better service the account.

Reporting
o Prepare and send requested reports to customer accounts and Sales
o Perform monthly audits to compare 846 vs customer website
o Utilize reporting to ensure accurate order management, 98% for ecommerce customers

Compliance
o Participate in the implementation of new accounts and ongoing account changes
o Partner with Compliance to effectively manage the Customer Service department’s role with the chargeback process
o Understand and review Customer Scorecards to drive future improvements

Requirements:
o High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o High level knowledge in Microsoft applications: Excel and Word
o Strong ability to self-manage and prioritize workloads that will change rapidly throughout the workday
o Must be a self-starter who is extremely detail oriented, organized, focused, can multi-task and can work well with a team
o Must have superior communication skills as the role requires the creation of extremely detailed e-mails

Hours are 7am-300pm -- paid for their lunch
Production warehouse---working the assembly line and putting together gift boxes and repacking alcohol into open cases
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Need to pass background and drug test.
Steel toed shoes or boots are required
Long pants or jeans -- dickie/khaki or denim material only (can NOT wear any knit, sweats, spandex, leggings, workout pants, etc)
No cell phones allowed on the floor --- they must be turned in to Randstad and they can get it back on their lunch and afternoon break
Safety glasses, cut resistant gloves, and vests will be worn---we issue these to them.
Due to safety, need to understand and speak English

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring best practices are being followed in production for all functional areas. This role will document and validate manufacturing processes to better prepare the facility for eliminating defects, minimizing variation, and successfully passing audits. Equipped with a camera, computer, and technical tools as needed, this position serves as a critical link between the production floor workers, supervisors, and management team by providing timely and accurate communication both verbally and digitally as appropriate.
