We are currently seeking a Commercial Landscape Foreman to work in the Jacksonville area. Full-time position. No lay offs during winter months! Hiring immediately!

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew to implement landscape projects. This person will be responsible for keeping accurate records, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

1 – 2 years commercial landscape installation experience.
Have tree and plant knowledge.
Must be able to read blueprints and layout the job.
Operate front end loader.
Must be a leader that can run a crew of workers.
Good communications skills.

Primary Location: South Side, Jacksonville

Schedule are as follow.

Monday - Friday

7am - 5:00pm or until the job is completed (8-12 hrs weekly over time)

Pay rate: $26 hr. (depending on experience/paid weekly)

Temp to Hire Position with benefits upon hiring to include:

Quarterly Bonus ($700 plus)
Paid Vacation
Health Insurance (individual and family coverage)
Up to 4% 401K match

Operate ride-on trencher.

Gate Keeper/Construction Worker will be watching a gate to make sure only construction workers come in. They will be sitting and standing all day. Gate Keeper/Construction Worker will do some construction and construction clean up as well as Gate watching.

Starting pay: $16.00 an hour.

Hours are 7am -3:30pm M-F.
