Bookkeeper needed for busy Real Estate Office!

- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE!!!!

Seeking highly motivated and professional, Medical Receptionists to join team!!!! Our practice, is guided by the principal of supporting clinicians. We believe that empowered clinicians equals improved outcomes for our patients, their families and our communities.

This position is a temp to permanent placement.

Monday - Friday, 8-5 with an occasional day working 11-8.

Starting pay is $12.00/hr or more based on experience

Responsibilities include:

Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
Adhere to policy and procedures during all activities.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus.
Requirements:

High School diploma/GED
Must have at least 2 years of medical office experience
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
