Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, aisles, and loading docks. Remove trip hazards, clear debris, and manage waste disposal.
- Handle, store, and track non-inventory goods such as pallets, bubble wrap, tape, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with moving heavy equipment, staging materials, and occasionally operating manual pallet jacks.
- Monitor and replenish utility and packaging supplies across various packing stations and departments.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company health and safety regulations.
- Report any building maintenance issues (e.g., lighting, plumbing) to the supervisor.
- Support receiving, stocking, and shipping teams with physical labor as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to client customers, current associates, and applicants at all times.
- Develop complete job descriptions for client openings and sell applicants on the position.
- Sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for clients within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.
- Provide new hires with a complete new hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms. Ensure accurate employee files are kept according to federal requirements.
- Conduct background checks and drug screens on new hires as needed.
- Conduct New Hire Orientations to ensure that candidates are properly prepped and briefed for their first day of work.
- Follow-up routinely with existing associates to make sure their assignments are going as expected.
- Maintain constant communication with customer clients to ensure positions are filled timely and customers are satisfied with the placements.
- Attend meetings onsite for potential new clients, conduct safety tours of the customer facility, and visit existing clients regularly to build and maintain partnership.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish and English.
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Recruiting experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Able to be punctual and follow the production schedule and shift times as given by the supervisor
- Assure that crew reports to the line on schedule and ready to work. Report any absentee or tardiness to the supervisor
- Able to follow all posted GMPs and safety recommendations in accordance to the production room
- Assure proper line clearance after every run to ensure success for the next run
- Able to operate all machines and be cross trained on all production rooms
- Able to lift up to 50lbs periodically
- Continuously monitor all quality, safety and quantity recommendation aspects of the operation
- Check to make sure all components and tasks of the manufacturing process are accurately following the associated Manufacturing Instructions
- Maintain a clean and sanitized area clear of any safety or quality hazards
