Big company experience. Small company values. OnTrack Staffing was founded by two individuals who spent more than 10 years working for large, national staffing firms. From this experience, they learned a lot about developing smart hiring solutions–and how staffing can be used strategically. OnTrack Staffing was started to deliver the benefits of this strategic approach with a much more personal level of service.
Since 2006 OnTrack Staffing has grown to include multiple locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas and is growing still. Yet, you will find that we have remained dedicated to the same small company approach to superior service.
