Temp-to-hire isn’t about avoiding commitment.

It’s about making sure both sides are aligned before making a long-term decision.

For some roles, you simply can’t judge everything in an interview.

Sometimes you need to see how someone performs day to day.

When done right, it protects both the company and the employee.

Speed matters when you’re hiring.

Strong candidates don’t stay on the market very long.

But moving fast and rushing are not the same thing.

Moving fast means you’re prepared.
Rushing means you’re reacting.

And reacting usually costs more in the long run.

We’ve seen companies skip steps just to “fill the role” — only to start the process all over again months later.
