Mechanic (Technician III) Manufacturing-DIRECT HIRE- $25-$30 doe
2nd shift position.
Skincare company located in DFW area is looking for an experienced Mechanic Technician III.
Qualifications are:
5+ years of extensive mechanical experience in the field of production equipment, mechanical maintenance, food, or personal care products.
Basic working knowledge and programming knowledge in AB,SLC, PLC’s, AC/DC drives and controls. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatic and electrical systems. Experience installing & troubleshooting equipment a must.
Ability to identify cause and implement permanent corrective action. Basic physics and applied mathematics as required to allow the understanding of combined plant systems and equipment such as pumps, motors, gear boxes, shaft to shaft alignment, seal types and valves.
Equipment used includes Norden tube fillers, Terco aerosol filling & capping equipment, volumetric & pressure fillers, horizontal & vertical form, fill and seal machines, coders Video Jet & Massa Laser Systems, bottle cappers and blisterpack machines. May act as a team leader if required.
Must have a complete understanding of all Company cGMP’s, SOP’s and FDA regulations.
The Mechanical Technician III provides the Maintenance Manager with accurate information relating to the condition of the plant and equipment.
Bilingual a BIG plus.
