This role is for someone with hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience. It requires field service work, FRU-level troubleshooting, diagnostic tool usage such as a digital multimeter, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 80% when needed.

This is not an IT help desk, desktop support, networking, software, or general technical support role. It is a hands-on field service position supporting medical and industrial equipment.

Most people don't realize how much of recruiting is actually a data problem.
When I came into this role as a Recruitment Specialist, I inherited an active operation — open requisitions, a live candidate pipeline, and a team moving fast. What was missing was visibility. No easy way to show leadership where things were breaking down, which sources were actually converting, or where candidates were dropping out between stages.
So I built it.
What started as a simple tracking sheet turned into a 17-tab HR Talent Operations Dashboard — built entirely in Excel, from scratch, while managing active requisitions and a full candidate pipeline at the same time.
Here's what it tracks:
→ Every candidate from application through hire — with full offer, acceptance, and time-to-fill data
→ Thousands of rejection records with standardized reason codes and stage tracking
→ Independent contractor profiles with compliance dates and performance metrics
→ 9 live dashboard charts that respond to quarter, year, and month slicers
→ Bottleneck analysis that shows exactly where candidates drop out — and what fixing it is worth
→ Source performance data that tells you which channel fills roles fastest, and which ones look busy but produce nothing
The dashboard didn't just organize data — it gave leadership a story they could actually act on.
22 years in the Army and 15 years in recruiting taught me the same thing: men lie, women lie, but black and white does not.
Data doesn't have an agenda. It just tells you what's happening — if you build the system to capture it.
This is what full-cycle recruiting looks like when you treat it like an operation, not just a process.
