This is number two of the three front pocket wallets customers commissioned this month, it was a fun and interesting challenge to figure out how to successfully incorporate the money clip into my usual card slot design. Got some embossed ‘gator boots for a show I’m playing in a few weeks and just had to plus ‘em up! Burgundy dye and resolene took these to the next level, if you’re lucky I’ll share a photo of the getup I’m putting together hahahaha. Happy Hump Day!

The finished product, this was really labor intensive but I learned good things about the gluing process and how my English bridle punches worked. Last strap project for a while, y’all be on the lookout for what’s next!

This is the tedious part. Yes, the contact cement SHOULD hold the python and cow hides together for a long, long time. But is that good enough for me? NO. So I’m compelled to hand sew about five feet of strap edge, because some things should be done properly.
