Assembly Associate
Location: Prosperity, SC
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working on a production line, inspecting products for quality, and preparing items for storage and shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull parts from conveyor belts and pack them into crates according to company standards
- Inspect products to ensure quality and remove any defective items from the line
- Print and apply labels to crates for proper identification and tracking
- Count and organize parts into designated bins for accurate inventory management
- Operate pallet jacks to transport crates to warehouse storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, especially during tool changeovers and downtime
- Assemble and build crates for product packaging and storage
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs as needed
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to operate or learn pallet jack equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Performed hourly quality tests to ensure parts met production standards
