🎓 Fall career fair season is one of our favorite times of year.

There's nothing better than meeting students, hearing about their goals, and helping connect them with opportunities that can shape their future.

Last Friday, nearly 300 employees and family members came together in Indianapolis for our annual E3 Day of Service.

From painting a gazebo along the Monon Trail and removing invasive plants in local parks to refreshing curbs throughout Broad Ripple, delivering bouquets to community partners, and serving trail users with water, Gatorade, and lemonade, our Indianapolis team spent the day giving back to the neighborhood surrounding Eight Eleven Group headquarters.

In just a few hours, volunteers completed projects across Broad Ripple alongside the Broad Ripple Village Association, helping make a meaningful impact in the community we proudly call home.

Great conversations, valuable insights, and a look behind the scenes at life inside Eight Eleven Group. 💙

Yesterday, we welcomed students from Butler University to our headquarters for a day of learning, networking, and exploring opportunities across our organization.

From hearing directly from company leaders and experiencing Eight Eleven University to learning about the impact of the Eight Eleven Foundation and our upcoming Oktoberfest fundraiser, students got a firsthand look at the people, purpose, and culture that make Eight Eleven unique.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the visit. We enjoyed sharing our story and hope to have inspired the next generation of leaders along the way!

It's hard to put 25 years of impact into a single post, but today we're celebrating Carlie Oakley and an incredible milestone.

For nearly all of Eight Eleven's history, Carlie has helped shape the culture, values, and people-first approach that define who we are today. Through her leadership, mentorship, and support of others, she has made a lasting impact on countless employees across our organization.

Her impact extends far beyond our offices. As the founder of the Eight Eleven Foundation, Carlie turned a vision for giving back into an organization that continues to create meaningful change in the communities we serve. From volunteer initiatives to one of her favorite traditions, Oktoberfest, her passion for bringing people together in support of a greater purpose is part of her legacy.

Thank you, Carlie, for 25 years of leadership, heart, and unwavering dedication to the people around you. We're grateful for all you've done and all you've inspired. 💙

EVOLVE 2026 was a celebration of what makes the Eight Eleven Family of Companies so special: our people.

Throughout the week, recruiters, leaders, and teams from across the country came together to learn, share ideas, build connections, and invest in their growth.

We also had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate many of the outstanding individuals whose dedication, leadership, and impact continue to raise the bar across our organization.
