We are seeking a Recruiter to deliver exceptional customer service to both our clients and associates.

Responsibilities:
โข Hands-on recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for key accounts
โข Acting as liaison with our clients; evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner
โข Orientation, on-boarding, and helping to manage associate relationships
โข Delivering outstanding customer service to candidates, associates, and clients
Qualifications:
โข Bachelor's degree is a plus
โข Previous experience in Customer Service in an office environment
โข Excellent written and verbal communication skills - customer service is our priority
โข Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail
โข Eager to work with a team and have fun!
โข Bilingual English/Spanish speaking, reading and writing a plus
