NEW: PME welcomes Allen Cheesman who brings more than thirty-one years of military and civil service to his role as Senior Business Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist. He is a transformational servant leader with experience in management, training development, and education.
He has deep knowledge in strategic planning and communication, as well as operational management, process improvement, analysis and problem solving.
While serving in the Army, Cheesman led in multiple levels of leadership in Army Aviation as an Air Traffic Controller. He also served in Short-Range Air Defense Artillery, in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Operations, and Recruiting Operations while assigned to the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), ultimately retiring in January of 2008 as a Command Sergeant Major (CSM).
In his free time, Allen enjoys quality time with his family and writing science fiction. Allen and his wife, Tiffany, and their family reside in Marion, Texas.
