Now Hiring – Warehouse Order Picker | Day Shift | Up to $23/hr

We're hiring Order Pickers for a fast-paced, day-shift position in Whitestown, IN.

Start at $17/hr — after 30 days, move to performance-based pay with the potential to earn up to $23/hr based on your production speed.

📅 Schedule
Sunday–Friday | Off Saturdays + one weekday
Start time: 5:00 a.m. until finish
40+ hours/week depending on production

✅ What You'll Do
· Pick and complete orders accurately and on time
· Operate a Walkie Rider (electric pallet jack)
· Wrap finished pallets
· Follow all SOPs and GMP guidelines

📋 Requirements
· Walkie Rider experience required
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs for 8–12 hours
· Able to pick a minimum of 140 cases/hour
· Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment
· Clean background required
· English or Spanish speakers welcome

💰 Pay
$17/hr to start → performance-based pay after 30 days (up to $23/hr)

Join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment! We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals ready to hit the ground running.

✅Schedule:
Sunday - Friday, 1st Shift
10:00 AM - Until Finish
NOTE - Sunday and Thursday are mandatory

✅Pay:
$14.50/hr | Weekly Pay

✅Duties & Requirements:
- Pick 900+ units per shift
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (30 degrees)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs constantly
- Warehouse or produce warehouse experience required
- Steel toe shoes required
- Electric pallet jack and arm scanner experience preferred (not required)
- Must be a heavy lifter and able to maintain a fast pace throughout shift

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced cold storage environment. This role involves overseeing the operation of freezer, cold, and dry rooms with main duties that include Receiving, Loading, Unloading, Picking, and Stocking.

🟢Requirements:
- Stand Up Reach Truck Forklift and Walkie Rider experience required
- Must be comfortable operating handheld capture devices, specifically Zebra barcode scanners, in a high volume environment
- Clean background required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- English required - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

🟢Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
Mandatory overtime may be required
