BESTAFF is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced RMA Clerk to join our team!

This role is responsible for managing return transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse and fulfillment operations. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in returns or inventory control, we want to hear from you!

Pay rate: $17.00 hourly

M-F 7a-3:30PM

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage returns (RMA) both physically and in system
• Maintain accurate RMA and QA hold inventory
• Monitor daily return transactions and disposition
• Perform cycle counts and generate reports
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and order processing
• Assist with special projects and inventory management initiatives

🔹 Requirements:
• Experience with return management systems and inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable working with computers and phone systems
