Federal law, and many state laws, require employers to reimburse you for the expenses you incur as a delivery driver, such as gas, insurance, wear and tear, and maintenance. This can generally be done in one of two ways: (1) reimbursing you for your actual expenses; or (2) reimbursing you at the IRS mileage rate, which is currently 62.5 cents per mile.

If you drive for work and you’re not getting reimbursed for your actual expenses or 62.5 cents per mile, you could be owed thousands in unpaid wages. Contact us for a free consult. Our clients never pay us out of pocket.

These are designed to protect your employer and will significantly constrain your rights if you find yourself in a legal dispute. Simply ask whether you can "opt-out" our decline the arbitration provision. You may thank yourself later.
