Audience Insights Specialist, you will:

Day-to-day maintenance and operational administration of the DMP

Lead DMP taxonomy initiatives including building and maintenance to ensure maximum data collection

Facilitate onboarding of online and offline data into DMP and other platforms

Develop and maintain project plans related to audience analysis and audience growth

Oversee and maintain audience platforms and manage relationships with vendor counterparts

Manage relationships, usage & contracts with third party data vendors

Analyse and identify audience insights, summarizing and preparing presentations for internal and external presentations

Work with extended team to solve for gaps in technology stack, and proactively propose solutions and workarounds

Maintain detailed and up to date status of work streams for team lead and other stakeholders

Question the status quo – ensure audience operations grow with the expanding larger business

To be our Audience Insights Specialist, you will likely:

Have a Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with audience analytics or data management platform(s)

Have an excellent understanding of media fundamentals and industry knowledge, including media metrics, GDPR/CCPA compliance and quantitative business measures

Have strong analytical skills with the ability to apply audience insights and data analysis into actionable business strategy recommendations

Have hands on experience with DMPs such as BlueKai, Salesforce DMP, Lotame, Adobe Audience Manager or Permutive

Have experience working with CRM data

Have familiarity with audience models such as lookalike modeling and propensity models

Have experience with data onboarding of offline and online data

Have an ability to properly interpret audience insights and trends to translate into report iterations & trend graphs

Be capable of managing multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment

Have a Knack for building relationships with cross-functional teams by influencing with sound logic

It will be useful, but not essential if you also:

Have experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based service

Have proficiency in Site Analytics Platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or Adobe Analytics

Have experience working for a media publisher or agency a plus

Have basic knowledge of AWS or Google Big Query

Have experience with data integration and data transfer processes

Have an understanding of ad serving, tracking and reporting tools including DoubleClick, DART, Google Ad Manager (GAM)

5 years+ experience ideally at a media or subscriptions company.

Embody a “test and learn” mentality to drive results.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and generate buy-in from key stakeholders.
