Hutto Firefighters

If you’re out at Hutto Olde Tyme Days today, come see us! We’re the first aid booth, but you don’t have to need first aid to stop by and say hi.

We’ve got stickers and little stick-on mustaches for the kids (...who are we kidding, the adults love them too).

A couple of the guys are currently battling cancer so we are giving away 2 SETS of tools (combination of Lawless Axe and Council Halligan)!

$40 will get you 2 chances!

All proceeds will be donated to Cody Puckett (Belton FD) and Joseph Kopp (Killeen FD)

Drawing will be held at our next Fellowship. Tools can be shipped.

Hutto Firefighters would like to congratulate our newest Lieutenants on their recent promotions:

A Shift — Robert Acosta
A Shift — Dylan George
C Shift — Mathew Chavez

The role of a Lieutenant carries a responsibility that extends far beyond the fireground. It means leading by example, setting the standard, developing your crew, making critical decisions under pressure, and helping ensure everyone goes home safely.

Leadership in the fire service is built on trust, accountability, experience, and a commitment to the people you lead.

Congratulations, fellas! Well deserved. We’re proud of you and look forward to seeing you lead the way. 🚒🔥👏

Hutto Firefighters would like to congratulate:
A SHIFT - Henry Hernandez • Daniel Lopez
B SHIFT - Jacob Martin • Jason Millerd
C SHIFT - Jose Garcia • Zachary Rousset
on their recent promotions to Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator

A FADO is much more than the person behind the wheel. They are responsible for positioning the apparatus, operating pumps, managing water supply, preparing equipment, and helping set the tone for a safe and effective emergency response.

Congratulations to all six of you on this well earned achievement. Hutto Firefighters are proud of you and look forward to watching you lead from the front.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This month, the Hutto Professional Firefighters Association stands with every woman and family affected by breast cancer. We honor those we have lost, support those currently fighting, and celebrate the strength of those who have overcome.

Behind every pink ribbon is a story a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, or fellow firefighter whose life has been touched by this disease.

As firefighters, we know what it means to stand together when things get difficult. This month, we wear pink to remind our community that no one should have to face this fight alone.

Twenty-five years later, we remember. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced unimaginable loss, but also witnessed extraordinary courage, sacrifice, and unity.

Hutto Professional Firefighters Association Local 4707 honors the 2,977 lives lost, including the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call.

Their courage will never be forgotten. Their sacrifice will always be honored.
