Machine Operators
Job Location: TANNER
Must be able to train on 1st shift starting at 6am
Must have at least 1 yr. Exp
Training on first shift – then switching to 2nd or 3rd shift
Pay on first $14 –
Pay on 2nd and 3rd $14.50

Starts Monday at 6am!!
First shift: 6am – 2:30 pm –
2nd shift – 2pm – 10:30 pm
3rd shift – 10:30 pm – 6:30 am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to control output of machines in order to produce quality parts that are within required specifications.
Perform quality checks on the finished product to verify conformance to specifications and insure quality standards are met.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Perform setups, changeovers and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. Operators will be trained to preform tasks.
Deburr castings with pneumatic hand tools
Straighten castings using hand tools
Manual dexterity
Use of Hand Tools
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to use a PC utilizing Windows Office
Previous experience with CNC machines is preferred but not required.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must have 12 of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience; and/or 2 years technical certifications.
CNC Machining experience is preferred.
Must be able to perform repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
Must be quality conscious, paying a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.
