🎉 Celebrating Jane’s 21 Years of Service! 💫

The Drums campus' Jane VanBlargan celebrated an incredible 21 years of service on March 8, 2026! After more than two decades of dedication, Jane has made the decision to retire.

Last year, we had the honor of celebrating Jane’s remarkable 20-year milestone with a well-deserved spotlight. Now, it’s time to celebrate the next chapter in her journey — retirement!

If you know Jane, you know she’s a woman of few words, but she took the time to express nothing but kind sentiments for the community - residents and coworkers: “My job as housekeeping manager is making sure our campus is clean for the health and safety of our residents. Motivation on a daily basis is easy when you have a great team to work with. I appreciate the help I receive from our team and am thankful to have met so many residents and to work with great coworkers.”

Jane, thank you for everything you have done for your residents, our team, and our Drums community. Your dedication, kindness, and hard work have made a lasting difference. We wish you nothing but happiness, relaxation, and wonderful adventures in retirement. You will be missed greatly!

🎉 Congratulations to Jesica, our Quarter 2 Ceca Foundation Award recipient at our Pine Grove campus! Jesica was recognized for the incredible empathy and compassion she consistently shows our residents. One weekend, she warmly welcomed family members who had traveled to visit their brother, a resident who had not seen them in a very long time. After providing excellent care, Jesica personally brought him from his room so he could share a special moment with his family.

On another occasion, Jesica helped calm a resident with dementia who became upset and combative after being unable to find her purse. By holding her hand, speaking calmly, and patiently listening to her concerns, Jesica helped the resident feel safe and regain her calm.

Jesica’s patience, kindness, and genuine compassion are a wonderful example of exceptional resident care. Congratulations, Jesica, and thank you for making a difference every day!

We're excited to have welcomed Morgan H. to our Collegeville Inn team in June. She joined us as the Director of Sales and has hit the ground running to help area seniors and families connect with our community. 😊

💐🏆 Kudos to Angie at our Drums campus for her Ceca Foundation win!! Angie received several nominations, many noting just how kind, thoughtful and considerate she is, but notably, Angie was praised for her fortitude and composure in a high stress situation. She was instrumental in responding to a critical situation where her quick thinking was invaluable to a resident's care! Thank you for being such an asset to our team Angie!! 🩺
