Assist Cable customers with billing or
video technical repair inquiries
• Review, analyze and respond to
customers’ billing inquiries
• Resolve customers’ open issues or
questions
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Determine business offerings that the
customer does not currently have and
make the appropriate sales offer to
upgrade and add on to their service
• Strive to resolve technical issues on
the first call
• Knowledge of Cable processes
and policies
• Build trust and rapport with the
Cable customer through clear,
respectful interaction
• Understand “client call flow”
• Always strive to ensure First Call
Resolution (FCR) and complete
Customer Satisfaction (VOC).
• Correctly code the sale accurately
and completely for the installer

Training starts July 24, 2019 8am to 12pm or 10am to 2pm
Trainees are paid at a fee of $7.25 per hour, once fully trained, the fee will increase to $11.00 per each hour of service
Incentives and bonus for top performers
Once fully trained and have successfully completed 40 top performing hours, you will have the ability to work from home office.

client’s customer, assisting with cruise specific
questions, quotes and more.
• Maintain top sales performance by showcasing
expert sales technique and overcoming customer
objections.
• Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to
other client-designated internal support departments
or client account representatives.
• Possible outbound calls to client designated internal
support departments, client customer for status and
clarification purposes

Training Starts 6/16/19 9am to 1pm, trainees will be paid a fee each hour they are in training of $7.25 per hour
Once Training is completed, the Service Rep will be paid a fee of $10 per hour for each hour they are assisting customers.
Incentives and bonus for top performers.
Ability to work from home once trained and completes 40 High quality Certification hours.
