AMiche Talent Connect is partnering with a highly respected and growing custom homebuilder to find a Residential Design Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves design, customer service, and building meaningful relationships. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout the custom homebuilding process, helping bring their vision to life through thoughtful selections and design guidance.

The ideal candidate is:
✨ Organized and detail-oriented
✨ Creative and solutions-focused
✨ Strong in customer service and relationship building
✨ Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
✨ Experienced in customer service, administration, project coordination, hospitality, or residential design

Residential design or custom homebuilding experience is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates with strong transferable skills and a passion for creating an exceptional client experience.

Graduation week is here, and we want to congratulate all of the high school seniors celebrating this incredible milestone. 🎓

This season is especially near and dear to us as we have several family members and friends graduating and preparing for their next chapter in college and beyond. It’s exciting, emotional, and full of opportunity.

As you step into the future, remember a few things:

Stay humble. Work hard. Believe in yourself. Carry confidence but never lose sight of what got you here: your family, teachers, mentors, discipline, sacrifices, and perseverance.

The future will challenge you, shape you, and reward you in ways you can’t yet imagine. Take it one day at a time, enjoy the moments, trust the journey, and continue becoming the person you are meant to be.
