Job Title - Spare Parts Coordinator
Within the function of a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will help continue excellent after-sales spare parts customer service.. As a member of our global Customer Support Team, you will register and handle incoming spare parts requisitions and sales orders, to include the settlement process, all while maintaining timely and accurate communication with our customers and our organizational team.
Duties and responsibilities.
•Communicating with customers related to our after-sales spare parts customer support team.
•Utilize our well-integrated ERP system D365 to handle customer communications; spare parts handling; parts availability; shipment status; and settlement of orders.
•Working within a strong team environment, to include collaborating with our international offices and suppliers.
Education and experience, skills and abilities.
•Preferred, though not required, an Associate’s Degree in a technical or administrative field with experience working in an office environment.
•Ability to maintain a high level of process efficiency, organization, and quality data input using an integrated management enterprise resource planning software.
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and general administrative tools.
•Knowledge to D365 is a benefit, not a requirement as training will be provided.
