Assist Homeowner in daily operations
Act as first line of contact, Process communications, maintain organizational files – contracts, incorporation documents, employee files,
Coordinate other professional relationships,manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Skills
2-3 years work experience as Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
MS Office knowledge (Office 365)
Google Suite
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of apps(calendars, Linkedin, etc)
Bilingual a plus
