Busy Isn’t Always the Same as Productive
Friday is a good time to look back at the week, but not just at what got done.
Did your team have enough time and support to do the work well? Or did everyone spend the week rushing from one priority to the next?
A team can hit every deadline and still be stretched too thin.
If every week requires extra hours, constant urgency, and employees covering more than they realistically can, the answer may not be “work harder.”
Sometimes, the team simply needs more support.
As you head into the weekend, consider what would make next week not just busy, but better.
