Rushed hiring decisions usually create pressure later.

Not always immediately. Sometimes the issues show up weeks after the position is filled:

➡️ unclear expectations
➡️ inconsistent performance
➡️ onboarding gaps
➡️ higher turnover

The strongest hiring teams are still able to move quickly when needed, but there’s usually structure behind the speed.

Clear communication.
Defined priorities.
