This week reminded me how important it is to have your people.
As women, we wear so many hats. We run businesses, manage households, raise children, support others, solve problems, and somehow keep moving even when things feel heavy.
I've had some really meaningful conversations over the last few days with mentors and fellow business owners. The biggest takeaway wasn't about making more money or landing the next contract.
It was the reminder that every business owner goes through seasons.
Some seasons are growth seasons. Some are rebuilding seasons. Some are simply "keep going" seasons.
What makes the difference is having a community of people who can have real conversations with you faith-filled conversations, honest conversations, and conversations that remind you who you are when doubt starts getting loud.
Today I'm grateful for the women and mentors who continue to pour wisdom, encouragement, and perspective into my life.
Keep your circle close. Sometimes one conversation can change your entire outlook.
