IDescription: Data Entry

The Keyer position involves a major of 10 key data entry.

Assignment will require the contractor to perform data entry function in the center's image based processing system. The contractor will be presented an image on a PC screen that they will need to provide data entry for. Images will include payment stubs and checks.

Data entry functions will include amount entry, re-key amount and scan line fix. Contractor will also be responsible for entering address changes into the customer information system.

- Ten key skills are a must for this assignment.
Notes:
A ten hour day on Monday should be expected.
Must stay till all the work is completed.
Must be self motivated and a team player.
Must be able to produce high quality work in a minimal amount of time.
Must be punctual and dependable.

Description:

The Contract Analyst utilizes administrative, contracting and project ex*****on knowledge and experience to support the ex*****on of contracts for complex projects and services.
The role is responsible for engaging with the Project and Supply Chain organizations to fully understand the contracting strategy, scope and terms of the contracts they are tasked to help develop and oversee at the ex*****on level.
This position is the primary administrative and analytical support and oversight to the project to assure consistency and predictability in contract ex*****on.
The Contract Analyst supports the Project/Contract Managers in a matrix fashion while reporting to MFP Commercial Contracts.
They will provide assistance, guidance and oversight in the development and maintenance of contracts and will always assure that the Project/Contract Manager remain aligned with the Supply Chain and in compliance with established processes. The role is recognized as field level assistance and oversight to Segment 3 and 4 Nuclear Major Projects.

Responsibilities

1. Track progression of Contract:
a. Performance monitoring is largely the responsibility of the Contract Manager, or in many cases the Project Manager.
The contract Analyst is there to assist where possible and assure that observations related to contractor performance are documented in the appropriate Supply Chain files.
It’s critical to capture issues and lessons learned for the ex*****on of future work with this contractor.

b. Change management is essential to delivering results (scope, quality, schedule and cost). Contracts change frequently.
It is essential that the change process flows smoothly, assuring the contractor remains within scope and budget.
This will require constant monitoring to assure that Contract Change Requests are developed and routed as changes occur.
The Contract Dashboard tool will contain a weekly update as to status of in-process changes and the Contract Analyst should review this tool frequently to make sure the changes are moving forward, and identify the Project/Contract Manager of changes that are lagging behind.

Drivers are responsible to unload each trailer using a lift gate.
Trailers are loaded on roller carts with loose boxes stacked on top.
Driver must remove the loose boxes on top and place them in U-boats (smaller carts) before removing the roll carts off the trailer.
Some of the roll carts can weight 800 to 1200 pounds.

Assignment requires the contractor to manually extract mail with the assistance of an OPEX 50/60. Once the mail is extracted it is placed
in a specific sort pattern then forwarded for processing. A close attention to detail is required to ensure that the work is properly batched for processing. ( i.e. staples removed, checks and documents facing the correct way, batches marked correctly, etc.)

The primary role of the contractor shall be to provide human resources management support to the Assistant Director, Business, Fiscal and Information Resource Management compliant with the rules, regulations and requirements. This support shall consist of assisting with the development and revision of position descriptions; supporting the staffing process by developing job analyses, recruitment packages, listing positions on USAJOBS, reviewing/issuing certificates and preparing position classification packages.

The Contractor shall work with the Management Analyst for the Assistant Director to provide support in staffing vacant position in the BFIRM Directorate.
The Directorate currently has over 75 position descriptions in need of review. The Directorate requires human resources support for the creation of new position descriptions and production of complete job analysis in order to prepare jobs classification and/or advertisement packages.
This includes preparing recruitment packages, preparing updated position descriptions, preparing job analyses, preparing position classification packages and initiating merit promotion certificates.

The Contractor shall develop classification packages that are fully documented and prepared for the review and approval of the Human Resources Recruitment Office. The Contractor shall provide technical expertise to management on the potential impacts of reclassification and restructuring of positions or occupational groups.

The Contractor will use generalized instructions to advise management as to the appropriate weights that should be assigned to each question. Based on the consultation with management, and extraction of information from generalized operating instructions. The Contractor will build the final job analysis for all positions designated for advertisement.
