We’re hiring Trade Compliance Specialists for the Aerospace / Aviation / Defense industry.
This role focuses on ITAR, EAR, export controls, and jurisdiction classification across the Communication Systems (CS) segment.

🧠 Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ITAR & EAR regulations
• Experience with export classifications & jurisdiction determination
• Knowledge of HTS & Schedule B classifications
• Ability to review export-controlled hardware, software & technical data
• Experience supporting licensing and agreement applications
• Strong documentation, audit, and compliance skills

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Conduct ITAR & EAR export reviews for hardware, software, and technical data
• Provide export classifications for licensing and agreements
• Review and approve technical data transfers to international third parties
• Approve public-domain disclosures under export regulations
• Implement and maintain trade compliance policies
• Participate in trade compliance audits
• Develop and deliver compliance training
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and Customs regulations

⏰ Work Schedule

9/80 Schedule
• Work 9 days every 2 weeks (80 hours)
• Every other Friday off
