Temporary Project & Billing Coordinator $35-45/hour DOE.

Well-established architectural firm in the Montrose area is seeking a Temporary Project & Billing Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage from Monday, October 19 through December 24, 2026.

This position reports to the Project Director and is primarily focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, project billing, and general bookkeeping, along with general administrative support for the office.

Ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a small professional office. Role works onsite Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Office hours are 8:30am – 6:00pm with flexibility around daily start time.

Galleria-area financial services firm seeks a personable, organized Temp-to-Hire Receptionist to manage front office operations. This role, open due to internal restructuring, is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the first point of contact.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities are essential. Monday – Friday work schedule is onsite 7:30am to 5pm (overtime is paid at time + ½).
