🎯 Position Summary
Premier Employment Agency, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to support Houston ISD campuses. You will play a key role in helping students with disabilities achieve their IEP (Individualized Education Plan) goals through the power of music.

🎵 Key Responsibilities
✔ Evaluate students to determine therapy needs
✔ Provide direct music therapy services aligned to IEP objectives
✔ Track progress for individual and group goals
✔ Modify strategies to promote student success and independence
✔ Design and implement custom interventions using music
✔ Train campus staff on music therapy supports
✔ Lead professional development for educators and personnel

🎓 Qualifications
✅ MT-BC (Music Therapist – Board Certified)

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy

✅ Previous experience with IEP implementation preferred

✅ Must pass background/fingerprint check (self-paid upfront)

✅ Reliable transportation required

✅ Must demonstrate punctuality, communication, and accountability
