You'll lead safety initiatives, ensure top-notch quality standards, and drive employee engagement. This role covers 2nd Shift (1 PM - 2 AM, Monday to Friday) with some weekends.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
Lead a team of 10-12 employees.
Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and technicians.
Maintain adherence to GMP and HSE standards.
💪 Requirements:
Must be clean shaven, able to wear a half-face respirator, and operate a forklift.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
