General Laborer – Tire Distribution Center
📍 Location: South Houston/Pearland area
💰 Pay: $15/hour
🕕 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
👢 Steel Toe Boots Required
Company Overview:
Our client, a well-established tire distribution company, and they are currently seeking 2 dependable General Laborers to join their warehouse team in Pearland. This position supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are handled, organized, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, staging shipments, and preparing materials for delivery.
- Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to support daily operations and meet productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Use basic hand tools and warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE, including steel toe boots.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Must have steel toe boots.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Must meet Mission Staffing of Texas’ hiring criteria — no theft- or violence-related convictions accepted, ever.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$15/hour with overtime opportunities
