✨ Happy New Year from Primary Services ✨
As we step into a new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything this past year held.

We’re grateful for the impact we continue to make on people’s lives, serving each client, employee and the community. This year brought growth through new clients and new opportunities with our legacy clients. We also celebrated meaningful milestones along the way - employee new hires and anniversaries, babies, personal achievements, and moments worth pausing for.

We’re thankful for the chance to serve together beyond our day-to-day work, partnering with organizations like Civic Heart and Women's Business Enterprise Alliance, and continuing to support the greater community where we live and work.

As we look ahead, we’re excited for what’s next and grateful for everyone who is part of the journey. Here’s to a year of continued connection, growth, and purpose.

🎄 20 Years of the Gift of Giving 🎄

“In the words of Meli Cruz ….there is something healing about helping others. I must agree,” shares Kelva Clay, Chief Program Officer at Civic Heart. “Watching the smiles of youth, who may not have had anything for Christmas or experience the type of love showered on them for the holidays.”

This year marked the 20th year of Primary’s Gift of Giving tradition, a holiday celebration made possible through our long-standing partnership with Civic Heart. Together, we spent a joyful day with children from our community sharing gifts and holiday cheer.

As Erica Davis, COO/ACEO of Civic Heart, shared:
“Thank you for choosing to invest in our youth and community. Your support created memories, restored joy, and reminded our young people that they are seen and valued.”

Those words capture why this tradition matters. From thoughtful gifts to shared moments - Santa visits, cookie decorating, laughter, and simple time together - the day came to life through the generosity and care of many people from our team who gave their time and hearts.

After 20 years, we’re reminded that giving back isn’t about a single day or event. It’s about the privilege of being part of something bigger and the quiet impact that comes from showing up with intention.

Driving Success Together at the 2025 WBEA Annual Golf Classic! 🏌️‍♂️

Our team had a fantastic time at this year’s WBEA Annual Golf Classic - a day filled with great energy, networking, and a little friendly competition!

Primary Services was proud to support this wonderful event celebrating women-owned businesses and the power of partnership. We had three amazing golf teams and a clinic group out on the course, connecting with peers, partners, and clients from across the region.

A special shoutout to our team members Colin, Jessica, Robbye, Heather, Regina and Bert for representing Primary on the green!
