Pay: 17.00 an hour - 2nd shift

Some Saturdays are required during busy season
OT is required!
1st shift: Monday - Friday: 530am - 230pm
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 230pm- Midnight

Prior experience in a non-climate-controlled warehouse or construction.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Job Located: Baytown, TX
Pay: 20.00-25.00 DOE
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Job Duties:
• Support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with financial recordkeeping.
• Perform precise data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions using SAP ERP.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Conduct accounts payable and receivable processing, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Excel
• A PLUS IF YOU HAVE: SAP ERP or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation
